I’m an East Tennessee native and licensed therapist who has been practicing in Knoxville since 2019, specializing in helping individuals navigate eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and life transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care. As a cancer survivor, I also bring personal insight and empathy to supporting clients facing diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and the emotional challenges that can come with major health experiences. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward lasting healing and growth.
